Music in Ministry at Grace

To complement the sheer beauty of the church's architecture, is the quality and sheer beauty of the music program at Grace. This year, the Chancel Choir will be under the direction of David Sparkes, Grace's Organist and Interim Lead Musician. Gayle Klaber will lead the Bell Choir. Opoortunities exist for participation in both Chancel and Bell Choirs, and the Gathering Band.

The Chancel Choir
The primary function of the Grace Chancel Choir is to lead the music of the liturgy, but it has traditionally offered anthems of praise during the  "Festive" worship service throughout the church year (September to June). The choir rehearses Thursday evenings from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. and again on Sunday morning. Contact the church office for more information or to indicate a desire to join.

Handbells

The Handbell Choir
The Pastor Hoffman Memorial Handbell Choir rehearses every Monday evening from 7:30-9:00 p.m. The bells play once a month at the "Festive" service, and at special services, especially at Christmas, during Lent and on Easter. They have also played for weddings and funerals, and in addition, for church and community groups. Contact the church office for more information or to indicate a desire to join.
