The Nave
The main body of the Sanctuary where the congregation sits is called the Nave. The Nave is 90 feet long and about as high. Moravian tile covers the floor of the Sanctuary. Notice on the Narthex floor tiles that represent dragons; these re-enact the old tradition that when a Christian enters the door for worship, they are "grinding Satan under their feet". Martin Luther's Coat of Arms is found on the radiator covers.

The candles, pews, and steps in the church are all done in odd numbers symbolizing the indivisibility of God.
The fifty-two rank Moller-Kegg pipe organ was installed in 1977, a new organ console was dedicated to service in 2000. The Schulmerich carillon, which provides the church with 111 bells was installed in 1976.
